With a Master of Arts in Counselling and over two decades of practice, I bring both depth of experience and warmth to every therapeutic relationship. Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, a major life change, or simply a sense that something needs to shift — I'm here.

As an RCC-ACS (#758), I offer individual and group clinical supervision for Registered Clinical Counsellors and those working toward registration with the BCACC. Supervision is a space for professional growth, reflective practice, and ethical grounding.
With 25+ years of clinical experience across a broad range of presenting concerns, I bring both breadth and depth to the supervisory relationship.
